Below are some of the many benefits of membership of being a member of the New Jersey Association of Directors of Nursing Administration/LTC.

The NJ Director: our quarterly newsletter is specifically designed for our members with pertinent and timely information.

Annual Convention: three days of education, networking and over 100 exhibitors displaying new products and services for the long-term care industry. Contact hours are offered to assist you in meeting the required credits needed to renew your license. Members of NJADONA receive discounted rates for convention registration.

Scholarships: NJADONA awards scholarships to deserving employees of our member facilities during our convention.

Employee of the Year Awards: are presented annually to employees of our member facilities, who have been recognized by their administrators and peers for outstanding contributions to their job, facility and residents.

Policy and Procedure Library: we offer a Policy & Procedure Library that is exclusive to our members. Think of the time you would save looking for a policy. Send us a request and we will do our best to get the information you are looking for.

Mentors: looking for some professional advice or guidance? Contact us with your questions or concerns and we will have a mentor get in touch with you and also offer an encouraging word.

Patron Membership: This category of annual membership is available to businesses that provide services or products to the continuum of Long Term Care. Benefits include listing your company on the home page of our website, recognition with signage and badge ribbon at exhibitor events, one newsletter “The NJ Director”, and membership rates at any of our seminars, and a current membership list.  For companies looking to support NJADONA as a patron member, please visit the forms page and complete the patron membership form and return to njadonapresident@gmail.com for the cost of $150.
